Re: Reader takes 100% CPU when trying to sign using certificate from CAcert

Hi,

 

I request you to please follow the steps mentioned below:-

 

Open Adobe Reader- Edit Preferences- Trust Manager- Update Now (Automatic Adobe Approved and Automatic European Union Approved Trusted Certificates Updates). Then try to sign the document again using the certificate.


Also, please try disabling the Adobe Reader protected mode; refer to the following knowledge base article:- Reader Help | Protected mode (Windows)
