As mentioned earlier, I got a confirmation e-mail on the 6th of january from message@adobe.com saying "thank you for your payment".
Also, on the 7th of january I was charged 151 NOK.

Should I place a new order even though I have already been charged once (without getting what i paid for)?
Are you going to charge me twice?
I can place a new order, no problem. But I want to make sure I do not have to pay twice.
Can I please get an e-mail address to someone in Adobe? I do not want to discuss this in a public forum.
Your "chat with support" feature doesn't work, so that's not an option.
