Yeah, as Bob has questioned, you'll need to clarify a few things. A Gigabit network is 1000Mbps where a standard fast Ethernet network is 100Mbps. What you need is going to depend on the type of work you do. You mention several publications for 10-12 people. If you currently work off of the network in InDesign with not problems, you'll probably be OK. Although usually InCopy users are only working with text, if you are using a layout-based workflow or creating assignments with included graphics, InCopy will be rendering that content over the network and will be adding demand to your network. If you do in fact have a Gigabit network and are getting good speed over that network, you should be fine. You can't get much better than that. One mistake companies often make is with the computer that they provide for InCopy users. They'll often purchase a standard business machine for this purpose or try to re-use an existing machine and it's simply not sufficient. Although InCopy doesn't require a tricked out machine, additional RAM and a decent graphics card can go a long way in providing good performance for the user. Keep in mind that unless the computer has a Gigabit network card, it won't be able to achieve optimum speed on a Gigabit network. Make sure you check with your network admin to make sure that the computer meets the needs. I hope this helps!
