I’ve changed the windows administrator permissions but still the adobe reader cleaner can’t remove:

C:/program files (86) Adobe reader 11.0/resource/Cmap/Identity-H

and

C:/program files (86) Adobe reader 11.0/resource/Cmap/Identity-V
