I cannot download or see any of the apps in creative cloud. When I go to the desktop icon the apps page just has a spinning disc it has been like this for hours now.
I am using a new Mac and wired into a server so internet is fine.
- I have tried signing out and in and it has had no effect.
- I have tried downloading straight from the website, it says its downloading but nothing downloads.
- I have tried uninstalling the creative cloud, then re-starting the process again.
- I have full access as using a business access so its not a free trial problem.
- I have contacted adobe directly, they were incredibly unhelpful and put me back in a 40 minute cue after the women that I was dealing decided she don't know what to do.
Any information on how to rectify this would be really helpful!
