Computer Build for Creative cloud

I'm want to build a powerful video editing workstation in a budget. I would like for it to be able to transition to 4k if necessary. I also do some 3d work so it would need to be compatible for 3d workflows as well. below are the parts for the build. Any help or suggestions?
