Hello everyone,
I would like to make your avatar for logo, black and white silhouette effect, which reads as follows:
- First photos of head mark out hair edge cutout to fine
- And then pull out of picture into a black and white silhouette, the effect is similar to the following picture:
- But I think the white ones to remove, use transparent, leaving only the black parts.
I tried to do it myself, it was very bad, a lot of "particles" would look like without these graphs do fine, margins are not so smooth in appearance. Please feel free and write me a tutorial, teach.
Thank you!
• There are several techniques for clipping/masking images – maybe "Selecting Parts of an Image" on this page can be of help:
• A Hue Saturation Layer and a Posterize Layer may serve as a starting point, Curves Layers can be used to locally change brightness and contrast and Smart Filters like Median and Find Edges may help reduce noise and create lines, but ultimately I think it needs a lot of manual input to achieve an aesthetically pleasing illustration.
• Select one channel (cmd-click it in the Channels Panel), invert the Selection, hide the other Layers and create a black Solid Color Layer (Layer > New Fill Layer > Solid Color).
