This is the third same message I've tried posting now - I've already spent 25 minutes trying to post 1 message and have been working on this same issue (so much for adobe support) I purchaded photoshop elements 13 and premier elements 13 aqs one package, downloaded photoshop elements 13 ok but then it seemed there was no execution to then download premier elements 13 - kept getting message that the file archive part of premier elements 13 is missing, need all parts in same folder in order to extract premier elements 13. please download all parts- Adobe needs to reinstate land line communications - this is redicules - I've been working countless hourst to get one piece of software installed- REALLY!
