Thanks for asking -- I actually never created a Creative Cloud account and haven't used anything to related to Cloud since I began using Adobe programs.
I utilize a lot of Cinema 4D and After Effects elements in my Premiere Pro CC work, and the workflow without the Cloud works great for me.
