Re: Why do I continue to get notices that my subscription has expired, yet my credit card continues to be charged $19.99 per month. Either its expired or it hasn't. What gives?

Hi vickib61138142,

 

I've checked your account using the email that you use here in the forums. It looks like you were last charged $19.99 on December 7 2014 for your Acrobat Pro subscription. And that subscription is now expired due to a payment processing error (maybe the expiration date on your card changed?). According to your records, when were you charged last?

 

I would recommend that you Contact Customer Care if you're finding that you've been charged in January/February but sill don't have access to your subscription.

 

You can also update the credit card information stored for you account by following the instructions in this document: Manage your membership and payments | Creative Cloud
