Existing CC subscriber. Planning to reinstall OS. How do I reinstall CC?

I've bee a CC subscriber for a while and want to do a clean reinstall of my OS. How do I download and reinstall CC since all files will be deleted and there is no physical copy of the program? Do I need to deactivate first?
