I'm a student who received the Creative Cloud free with my tuition. When I first registered my subscription, I said I would primarily be using it on Mac. Unfortunately my computer died and I bought a PC as a cheaper replacement. Now while I am trying to download Premiere it is stuck at 42% and then it says download failed. I know someone else who had this problem when trying to install on PC after initially installing on PC. Is there a fix for this?
