Thanks for responding.

We are assigning different data for for each letter. There is one batch program which is assigning data to each letters common fields.

But when i look at the letter its showing correct data only. But while i am clicking over the field the data of all letters is same as first letter.

For example. In one pdf doc i have multiple letters. In first letter date is mentioned as 14th feb 2015. In second letters it is 15th feb 2015. But when i place my cursor in second letter date field its showing 14th feb 2015. The same problem with all the common fields of letters.
