I checked with the product team, and we do not have a script similar to what Photoshop provides (Troubleshoot the Welcome Screen) for Dreamweaver. The only way to disable the Welcome Screen or the Hello Screen is to do it manually. You can choose either of these options
- Select Edit > Preferences, and uncheck the Disable Welcome Screen option.
- On the Welcome/Hello screen, select Don't Show The Welcome Screen Again (see highlighted region in the Screenshot)
