I have CS2 version of Photoshop installed on my Windows 8.1 solid state drive laptop and my "hand" and "eyedropper" icons are showing two of them side by side (basically there are two hands side by side or two eyedroppers"). Could someone help explain what is going on and can it be fixed? My InDesign isn't having this problem, and the software used to work just fine on my previous laptop (also with Windows 8.1). Is this a new compability issue with the software or laptop? is it a glitch? I don't know. Until I got a second monitor recently, the tool tileswere scaled rather small (but once I moved it to the second monitor they scaled back up; but the doubling issue didn't change). This makes it difficult to grab or select.
