Lightroom only has 32 bit tiff import support. It does not have 32 bit export support. Lightroom can't magically add information to your 8 and 16 bit originals. You create the 32 bit HDR in another program with your 8 and 16 bit files and them bring the 32 bit file back into Lightroom
