Replacing Color Corrected source into edited un-corrected sequence

I shot a project with two cameras and I just finished editing a sequence. I want to try to match the cameras.  Can I "color correct" the original/copy of the source and then replace the clips into my non-color corrected sequence automatically OR do I have to do it manually?
