But you can now get to The Most Reliable Tool to Convert PDF to Word or Excel | Adobe ExportPDF and sign in OK? Or is that still broken?
I also found this in the Reader forums, which may help. Make sure you have the correct email set in Adobe Reader XI:
You can go to Edit>>Preferences>>Online services>> the email address mentioned there should the same as the one with which you have subscribed to Adobe Export Pdf paid service.
Click on Manage account>> it will take you to your online Adobe account>> minimize it>>click on OK on the preferences windows.
Try to sign in again.
