Bump: This problem definitely still exists and I have tried every possible user-led and Adobe-led solution I can find — both in the Adobe help/support sections as well as through many other forums. There are definitely errors that occur in the logs, but no amount of disabling plugins/extensions, resetting all the settings, logging in/out, uninstalling/reinstalling, making sure versions are the same between computers, MAC vs PC, knocking everything back to default, etc. has worked. I am completely at a loss. What is the next step to solving this as this is starting to actually become an impedance to being able to get my work done effectively.
