Wow, this works! But is not quite exactly how I would like it to work. First I don't understand why adding <script type="text/javascript" charset="utf-8" src="js/jquery-2.1.3.min.js"></script> fixes the problem.

 

The reason I had autoplay unchecked was because I wanted the animation to start when scrolled into view. Here is what it looks like when adding content before the animation so you can see it animate when scrolled into view Dropbox - Selling Process Final (tests_v2).zip

 

My issue is that sometimes the animation glitches and doesn't animate properly. Initially I want the animation to start on the first frame where it is blank. But when sometimes when you load the page it is not initially blank like this:

Sometimes refreshing the page will make the stages load properly beginning on the first frame. Other times some will finish loading on a certain frame then pause, then will reset the animation when it is fully scrolled into view:
