Re: My hard drive crashed and I lost the files that I used to make my son's graduation video. I have one copy of the video but due to copyright protections can't copy it. Is there any way to make backup copies as I'd be heartbroken if I lose this video.

Thanks for the reply. Sounding good.

What you need to find out...when you did the burn to disc in Premiere Elements 10, did you use the burn preset

NTSC_Dolby DVD (that is the 4:3 standard one)

or

NTSC_Widescreen DVD (that is the 16:9 widescreen one)

The workspace of Premiere Elements 10 is different than that of 11, 12, and 13. That is why I have you setting the project

settings manually at the beginning of this project in 11, 12, or 13.. So, if your source is 4:3, then you go with 4:3 project and export settings as mentioned;

and if 16:9 source, then 16:9 project and export settings.

Running the program as administrator is important as well as having the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer.

We are thinking positive thoughts for your project. Remember, do not hesitate to ask if questions or need clarification along

the way.

Best wishes
