How do I fix Debug Event-127? Premiere Pro refuses to open. I have CS4 version. Thanks.

Hi Everyone. I try to open Premiere Pro and it refuses to open...worked fine last week. I get a message "Premiere Pro Debug Event" followed with [..\..\Src\ImporterProcessClient.ccp127].  I'm unfortunately still running CS4.  Any insight would be appreciated.  Thanks!
