Re: tried to download the Photoshop Elements 13 manual pdf form. Stops. Says expects a "dict object".

I tried the same link and it did not work. I then did the "save target as" on a right click and it worked. the direct clik link is faulty, the saving as a target bypasses the error. thanks. will have to use that one more often. ken.
