Hey guys,
In the media browser inside Premiere Pro CS6 I don't have any audio on my .mts or .m2ts files yet Windows Media Player plays it fine. I've also tried changing the extension file to .avi, .mwv, .mp4 and many others hut still having the same problem
I've been told to find out if I have the full version (it came pre loaded on the laptop) but I'm not sure how to do that.
I really need help as people are expecting the world from me already
