This is not just OPP, other workflows are now having issues.. BC is failing once again in its obligation to notify end users, Chat support are saying it is a known issue yet end users are not being advised, and the idioits are suggesting to white list - why bother having (Safe List) spam filters if you Safe (white list) every inbound email for a mail account. Please install a brain in the support guys that is just stupid advise.
