I am not looking or asking for a refund, I am simply searching for a
solution. I have already sent two messages in the Active Chat Panel and
have not yet recieved a reply. I am not trying to create on online nuisance
just trying to reiterate the fact that a company such as Adobe should not
resort to forums when customers have technical/registration issues. Adobe
relies only on Active Chat Panel and the Adobe Forum as a solution to my
particular problem. Someone from Adobe Elements on Facebook has just
reached out to me inquiring about the Redemption Code. I have responded
accordingly and have yet to hear a response.
