Re: I do NOT want to auto-renew for another year!

Hi,

 

This is very difficult for me because I´m from south america and my english is not good. I have already done a suscription for a year (since december 22, 2014) but I want to cancel it. Adobe InDesign is not working, it has a few problems until I´m working, and the same happens with Photoshop. I´m not pleased and I can´t do the cancellation process, it doesn´t work, there is an only option to contact with someone but who?  How can you help me?
