Yes, same situation here.
At the begining, the update and deliting the opm.db file solved my previous problem (I couldn't even log in) and it all worked normally for about a week. But now, although I am loged in, the Creative Cloud Conection icon on my menu bar is grayed out all the time, and it reads "unable to Connect to the Creative Cloud".
I have tried deliting the opm.db file again, uninstalling and re-installing, turning sync off and back on... nothing works.
I hope you find a solution soon, because I really need this. It is making me waste my time.
