I captured RAW plus jpg images on my camera, but only the RAW (.raf) photos are importing. How do I also get the jpeg images?

Shooting with a Fujifilm X-T1 and X100s, same Xtrans sensor. Have been an Aperture user in which I had the choice of jpg and/or raw on import. Don't see that option with LR, and only raf. images are getting imported. Any advice or directing me to online resources would be much appreciated.
