Yeah, oddly enough. But you needn't worry anymore, I had a techie friend of mine look at it and did a remote assist to fix it. We determined that it was able to run in safe mode just fine, so he went in, eliminated everything with Wacom in it's label from the system files, tried running CS6 again in normal mode and then did a manual install of the drivers from Wacom's servers directly and it seemed to work just fine. Apparently, the driver installation from the CD provided with the tablet was causing the problems, as installing the drivers from Wacom's website seemed to do what was intended rather than make CS6 bug out. So thank you for all of your help, everyone! This case is finally solved!
