I have try trashing my indesign preferences by following the link u provide but somehow
I could not find the point number 2.
2. Click the icon 
in the upper-right corner of the page. (I could not find the icon when I want to reset the preferences)
Do u think the interface have changed?
please help, still can not login to DPS from my indesign, (it still doesn't do anything or open the login window when click sing in in folio builder)
