Well I had to reinstalled CS3 then saved the sessions as xml
Had to change a few options but managed to get them all in CS6 in 4 hours.
I suggest saving all your cs3 sessions as xml.
Also had to reload all effects as a lot of them where removed or renamed in CS6.
