Usability support is difficult to get a hold of. Not uncommon for me to try several times during the day and evening. It is not good that I rarely get them to answer. The user forums are great if anyone answers, I have not had a great experience in this process.
I want to be able to call and actually talk with someone that can answer my questions. I bought the Cloud/Master Suite to upgrade myself. But I am spending to long on the learning curve. I am frustrated to say the least.
Any suggestions appreciated...
